STIRRI-HT-010 solder paste is an industry expert's choice for high-temperature soldering using Sn10Pb88Ag2 alloy melting at 290ºC.
Formulated with low-activity rosin and increased solids content, this paste withstands reflow at 350ºC for 5 minutes or longer. Its uniformly shaped 25-45µm solder powder allows for a minimum pitch of 16-24 mil, making it ideal for semiconductors attachment and multi-step PCB assembly. It also increases speed and productivity for Hot Air rework under 380-480ºC with its specific fire-retardant properties - maintains properties and clarity for extended period of time requiring minimum top-ups!

Storage and Handling
To obtain the maximum shelf life STIRRI Soldering Paste & Liquid Solder™ should be stored in a refrigerator between 3-8°C (37-46°F). Unopened solder paste stored at room temperature, 25°C (77°F). Syringes and cartridges should be stored in the refrigerator vertically, dispensing tip pointing down.
Allow 4-8 hours for solder paste to reach optimal operating temperature of 20-25°C (68-77°F). To avoid condensation inside solder paste - keep solder paste container sealed while warming the solder paste to operating temperature, otherwise moisture may end up inside the container and contaminate solder paste!
